This is one of the most ingenious kitchen utensils I've seen. Its a two piece cutting board. The first piece is a slotted cutting board which will allow crumbs to fall through. The second piece is a shell that the first piece sits in and it collects the crumbs. When it starts filling up simply remove the slotted top piece and transfer the crumbs in the bottom piece to your compost bin.
