Return Policy

What!? You didn't like your All Your Green product!? Well, if it arrived looking like someone was chewing on the box, we can accept that (and have our suspicions). Oh, and we understand if it was a present for Uncle Bob and he doesn't need that "grocery bag you don't throw away". I suppose we can take that stuff back.

General Returns

If you just wish to return an item purchased for any reason other than it arrived defective, damaged or missing parts, within 30 days of receipt of the order.

Please contact customer support (returns@allyourgreen.com) and request to return an item. We will send you an RGA number and the address to which to return the item.
Ship the item back to the address with the RGA number and it will be inspected and a credit will be applied to your account for the product itself, 100% - no restocking fees! Tax will also be refunded if was originally charged.
Only caveat here is you will be paying shipping for the return back. Also, even if you are returning the whole order, we do not refund the original shipping charge. Sorry, but we promise this hurts us more than you (we likely paid more than $5 for the original shipping).

Defective Returns

If you have received your item and is defective, arrived damaged or was missing parts, within 30 days of receipt of the order.

Please send an email to us at returns@allyourgreen.com and we will send you a RGA number and let us know the circumstances of how your product is defective. We will send you an RGA number, a return address and a prepaid label for the return shipment.
Once received and inspected, a credit will be applied to your account for the product, including shipping (or portion of the shipping if only part of the order was returned).

Please do not return an item to us without an RGA number! Don't get us wrong, we like getting stuff, but we need to know that you wanted your money back, and it wasn't just a present.

If an item is returned without an RGA it will take longer to locate the order and credit you back. If you have any questions concerning returns, please contact us at returns@allyourgreen.com
